There’s probably a decent population of Americans who think tumbleweeds are fictitious plants only seen in western movies, but they’re real. They’re very real.

Some parts of Colorado are known for having an excessive amount of tumbleweeds, and when the wind gets whippin’, you better watch out.

The video below shows thousands of tumbleweeds blowing around Ellicott, CO. The description states that snowplows had to be used to clear the roadways in some cases. Crazy!
