Wonderful profile of Big Sky ski patroller Rachael Efta, who along with a dedicated crew of professionals, spends every day of the winter working hard keep all 5,850 skiable acres of the Montana resort safe for guests. With 300 trails, 39 lifts servicing 4,350 of vertical feet, the task is no doubt monumental but they perform their duties with a sense of joy and camaraderie you can only find with people who truly love their jobs.
