I don’t like TikTok.
I’m a 26-year-old man child, but I feel like that app is too young and hip for my old ass. With that being said, there are some pretty funny videos that get posted on it from time to time.
I recently stumbled across this hilarious TikTok of a fishing trip from hell. Things just keep getting progressively worse for these dudes, and it’s hard not to laugh at their misfortune.

The part where they tried to use makeshift paddles using small pieces of driftwood had me dying with laughter. These dudes were clearly desperate, and I respect them for at least giving it a try.
The icing on the cake was the pelting hail storm as they were finally getting towed to shore. You just can’t make this shit up…
Is this video the exception to that old trope that a “bad day of fishing is better than a good day at work”?
