O Canada! While Killington will be the last ski resort to close on the East Coast whenever the Superstar glacier melts, it has had some worthy challengers this season. Jay Peak and Mont-Miller in Québec made it to May 14th, but Sommet Saint-Sauveur in Québec was able to stay open until last weekend.
Saturday marked their 155th day of the season, which was an extremely warm one. While Sommet Saint-Sauveur is closed for the season, they will be reopening for summer operations on June 10th.
