VIDEO: Friendly Porcupine Encountered At Loveland Ski Area, CO

Loveland Map | 9-Ski Lifts & 1,800 Acres of Trails | Loveland Ski Area

Call me stupid, but I’m shocked whenever I encounter wildlife at a ski resort. I don’t know why, but I just assume that all living creatures are deterred from venturing near the human hell scape that are North American ski resorts.

I’m obviously wrong in that assumption, so maybe I am stupid, but that’s for a different blog.

The video below shows a skier encountering a friendly porcupine at Loveland Ski Area, CO. It was posted to Reddit by u/FeedMeYourPlacenta to r/skiing.

(I really wish I didn’t have to type that username into this article, but I also don’t want to receive some nasty email about not giving appropriate credit…My job is f*cking weird sometimes.)

What’s the coolest animal encounter you’ve had at a ski resort?
