Stop what you’re doing and please watch this video of a steam tornado forming above the Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone National Park.
It’s simply awesome. Well done to Ron Wade for capturing this moment.
“The steam from Grand Prismatic was slowly rotating clockwise. Then the steam tornado appeared. Or is it a water spout of steam? What does one call a miniature tornado of steam? It only existed for a few seconds, but it was awesome!”
This is one of those moments where I’m so grateful that almost everybody in the world has access to an HD camera and the internet.
I mean, how else would I ever get to see a tornado of steam form above a hot spring in one of the most beautiful place on earth form?
Ya know what I mean?
