We’ve posted tons of river wave videos (some included below) but this is the first time I’ve seen heavy machinery deployed to connect the brimming Waimea River with the bay. From breach moment to full on river monster is much quicker when the trench is dug by excavator bucker full rather than a bunch of locals with shovels. This looks seriously fun.
