Everybody knows by now that the bears around Lake Tahoe have become a problem. They’re constantly breaking into homes, eating trash, rummaging through cars, and causing havoc across the basin.
This isn’t their fault though. It’s natural for these bears to seek food that costs the least amount of energy to get. Wandering through an unlocked doorway and raiding a fridge is significantly easier than hunting down a meal, afterall.
