Kjeld Nuis set the world record for the fastest speed achieved on ice skates recently. The Dutch skater was clocked going 103kph or 64mph by skating behind a device meant to reduce wind drag.

Can you imagine traveling over 60mph on ice skates? Going over 60 on skis is scary enough. I feel like I would get the speed wobbles and explode.
