Excellent news if you call Aspen Snowmass your home mountain as your ski season just got a bit longer. Recent precipitation and a drop in the mercury has accommodated the extension, here’s the announcement:
“Grab your sunblock and corn-carving skis—we’re extending the season! Steady snowfall and cold temperatures are setting us up for awesome spring conditions, so we’re extending Aspen Mountain’s closing day to Sunday, April 24 . We’ll continue to celebrate our 75th Anniversary season by moving all on-mountain closing festivities on Aspen Mountain, like live music and après parties, to the 24th.”
