Hours after two Blackhawk helicopters crashed in Utah on February 22nd, a third helicopter crash occurred in the United States, this time in Hawaii, killing four individuals. The accident occurred around 10 a.m. local time in the Pacific Missile Range Facility on Kauai. The helicopter, which was a Sikorsky S-61N, was assisting a training operation at the time of the crash.

While the cause of the accident is currently unknown, the National Transportation Safety Board has confirmed they’re investigating the incident. The names of those killed are currently unreleased.
