“After a career ascending the toughest mountains in her sport (and absolutely crushing it on the way down), Angel Collinson has decided to retire from professional skiing. As a team athlete for 11 years, Angel broke new ground with every move, setting an epic bootpack for others to follow (or at least try). Amongst her achievements are two overall titles on the Freeskiing World Tour, the first-ever female win for โ€œBest Lineโ€ at the Powder Magazine Awards and passioned advocacy for environmental causes. Now she embarks on a quest for new, more expansive horizons. We are so incredibly grateful for all sheโ€™s done to make her sportโ€”and our worldโ€”a better one.” –The North Face

Angel Collinson’sย ski contracts all finished on December 31st (except for Smart Wool) marking the end of her incredible career as a professional skier. Best wishes Angel as closes one chapter on her life and moves onto a new one. Cheers!
