Looking to make a Quebec ski vacation? The Club Med at Le Massif opened for the first time on December 3rd. According to Ski Area Management, Club Med is hoping this new property will make skiing more accessible and affordable. Some of the features of the all-inclusive hotel include 302 bedrooms, 25 suites, restaurants, an indoor pool, a spa, and more. Another neat perk of the hotel is the views, with Le Massif and the St. Lawrence River surrounding you. According to Time Out, some of the cool winter activities outside of skiing include “hiking, Nordic walking, snowshoeing, ice-skating, broomball, ice fishing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, and a 7.5 kilometer-long sledge run—the longest traditional luge run in Quebec.” Mountain biking, hiking, swimming, kayaking, and rafting make up some of their summer activities. The resort is located ninety minutes away from Quebec City, and three hours away from Montreal. Click here to learn more about the property.

The all-inclusive stay includes lift tickets, food, and beverage, rentals, tours from Club Med employees, and more. Guests who are visiting Le Massif or have a season pass at the mountain will be able to purchase a day pass to the hotel. It’s their first property in the North American ski market since the early 2000s: Copper Mountain once had a Club Med property, as shown in this Jim Carrey infomercial, but it closed in the early 2000s. Another Club Med hotel will join the North America ski resort scene in 2024, as Snowbasin Resort in Utah will add a hotel of their own in a new terrain and village expansion.
