Meet Ranger Kelli, the Colorado Parks and Wildlife ranger who discovered the most efficient way to conduct her patrols at Eleven Mile State Park was a lace up the old hockey skates.  She won’t give a two minute minor for hooking but ice your license you can expect some time in the box.
