In light of the recent news that Brian Head Resort is planning a ginormous terrain expansion, I thought it would be a good time to explore this new home development at the resort. Elevate Villas will open in 2022 and will provide skiable access to the Pioneer lift and the Navajo Express. The development will feature two different kings of Villas: The first will feature six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, a game room, a sauna, and a jacuzzi; while the second will feature four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. There are two ownership methods with these villas: one is complete ownership, and the other is co-ownership. This is where you share them with twelve other owners, which helps reduce maintenance costs for you as an owner. You only need to put $39,000/$69,000 down on the property with a payment of $159/$199. According to the Villas, this makes for 92% savings from purchasing the home outright.
Some perks of this location go outside of the world of skiing. The villas are close to various national parks/monuments: Bryce Canyon, Cedar Brooks, Grand Canyon, Grand Staircase, Zion, among others. It also is generally easy to get to the cities of St. George and Las Vegas from there. You are also only three and a half hours away from the skiing mecca that is Salt Lake City.
