Sunday River is one of the largest ski resorts on the East Coast, and more expansions are on the way in the future. This includes the stunning Dream Maker Lodge, a new condominium unit located slopeside at Sunday River. A twenty-two-unit condominium building will soon be sculpted next to the Dream Maker trail, which is located just below the South Ridge terrain complex. The Dream Maker Lodge condos will range between two to four bedrooms “with high-end finishes and an optional furnishing package”, with the prices ranging from $995,000 to $2.45 million. Some of the amenities include “access to storage and ski lockers, a sauna, outdoor hot tub, and common area hearth room.” Construction will begin next summer, and will likely be completed in 2023.
