Me, watching this video
A pedestrian was spotted clinging onto the railing of a raising drawbridge in Miami in the absolutely crazy video below. The video’s caption says that the drawbridge operator started to raise the bridge not realizing that a person was still walking on it.
I don’t know much about the law, but this just smells like a multi-million dollar lawsuit again the City of Miami, doesn’t it? Hell, I’d try everything in my power to sue if this happened to me.
I guess, at the very least, he has a kind of cool story to tell his grandkids one day about how he nearly died clinging for his life on a drawbridge in downtown Miami…
