Mikaela Shiffrin is soaking up scene at Killington as she gets reacquainted with the iconic Vermont ski resort ahead of the Thanksgiving weekend Audi FIS Ski World Cup Tour event. If you’re in the area I highly suggest attending, ticketing information below:
“First turns in Killington and I finally got the chance to climb the infamous *staircase* back to the gondola for downloading🙌! Everyone here is working around the clock to get prepped for the races this weekend, and it hasn’t been easy with recent weather but things are looking good! Snow guns have been blasting, all hands on deck, and everyone we see is wearing a huge smile from ear to ear.
Thank you to the whole crew who will be making it happen this weekend!
And also, a special thank you to the Killington World Cup Foundation for working to bring more diversity and accessibility to winter sports. It feels really good to buy a sponsorship package knowing that it’s going towards sharing this wonderful world of winter sports with more people (especially those who previously haven’t had access to this “world” and probably always just saw winter as cold, wet, and more cold.) You can check out more at www.kwcfgivesback.org.
Otherwise, get psyched for the weekend.”
Tickets to the event are still available MORE INFO HERE (All attendees will be required to show proof of either Covid-19 Vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test from the previous 3 days to enter the venue. Masks will be required to access the buses and shuttles serving the event).

THE HOMELIGHT KILLINGTON CUP

A STOP ON THE AUDI FIS SKI WORLD CUP TOUR

It’s BIGGER than a race. The HomeLight Killington Cup is a celebration of the history and passion for alpine ski racing here in the Northeast. In addition to watching the fastest female ski racers in Slalom and Giant Slalom battle for the top prize on the signature Superstar trail, the weekend is packed full of entertainment including live music and a vendor village on race days.

Join us this Thanksgiving weekend, November 27-28, 2021 and help us make history once again as we welcome the FIS Ski Women’s World Cup event in the United States. The Killington Cup is also scheduled for Thanksgiving weekend 2022.

With some international travel restrictions still in effect, we will continue to work with all appropriate parties throughout the planning of the Audi FIS Ski World Cup.  Our priority is to protect the wellbeing of spectators, athletes and staff for the duration of the event. Actions being taken to prioritize the wellbeing of the community include ticketing the entire event, including General Admission, to control attendance and required proof of vaccine or negative Covid-19 test within 72-hours for those 12 years and older.
