Before I get into the video, can we all acknowledge that moose calves look like tiny furry aliens? I mean, what in the hell is wrong with them? Their body-to-leg ratio is so out of whack that they seriously look like they should be from another planet.
Anyways, this mama moose was definitely protecting her young calves as this truck tried to pass them on a mountain road. She wasn’t afraid to put her body on the line, and rammed the truck multiple times.
Looks like this truck was pretty beat up already based on that windshield, but making an insurance claim for damages from an angry mama moose must be quite the hassle. Seems like it could be an instance used in one of those cheesy Farmer’s Insurance Commercials with JK Simmons.
