Day 1 of the UCI MTB World Cup at Snowshoe, WV went off yesterday, and Red Bull Bike has put together a nice edit of the winning runs from the women and men’s downhill competitions.

Riders were pitted against a very technical track at Snowshoe, and ultimately Vali Höll and Reece Wilson took the winning prizes.

It’s so cool to see the MTB World Cup make its way to Snowshoe over the last couple of years. The mountain biking community is thriving in Appalachia, and I know those riders love having their home shared with MTB enthusiasts around the world.

Red Bull Bike: “One could say Vali Höll & Reece Wilson have much in common – they are both former Downhill MTB World Champions, they end most of their races north of the top 10 mark, they both ride Trek bikes… and from today on, they will both be known as the riders who earned their first ever elite world cup wins in Snowshoe, USA.
