If you’re a runner and want to test your sand at elevation, consider heading to the French Alps to compete in La course des géants at La Plagne ski resort. Be a bit tight to get in this year (race starts tomorrow) but you’ll have a full year to sort logistics and get your butt in gear to run amongst the glaciers at 10,000ft+. Incredible venue, should be on any mountain runners radar.
