A rare mountain lion sighting in the city of Petaluma, California has the residents on edge. The cat was spotted late last week crossing a highway, then in a business park, and then in the front yard security camera of a homeowner.
The cat’s whereabouts are currently unknown, but residents and police have their heads on a swivel in hopes to get the mountain lion to return to its natural habitat in the various open lands surrounding the city.
Here’s hoping that the mountain lion is returned safely to its natural habitat without any incident!
