Wednesday could be a day of wild weather across south eastern Australia. Picture: Sky News Weather.

The Aussies have been treated to excellent early season snow, and it looks like that luck will continue throughout the next week.

A few of the resorts have posted some clips of the current storm to their social media accounts, and Australian ski blog Mountain Watch is calling for some significant snow totals over the next 7 days.

7 Day Forecast According to Mountain Watch:

Thredbo: 93cm (36.6 in.)

Charlotte Pass: 90cm (35.4 in.)

Perisher: 86cm (33.8 in.)

Selwyn Snow Resort: 72cm (28.3 in.)

Foreign citizens still can’t travel to Australia due to COVID-19 regulations so I guess we’ll just have to admire from afar.

Maybe next year?
