I can’t hear ‘Take Me Home, Country Roads’ by John Denver without goosebumps covering my body.
Now, that’s probably because I’m an alumni of THE West Virginia University, but you can’t tell me that listening to those lyrics while watching footage of New River Gorge National Park doesn’t illicit the same reaction no matter your connection to the ‘Wild and Wonderful’ state.
New River Gorge National Park is our country’s 63rd national park, and is within hours from most major east coast cities.
