Lake Powell is drying up faster than a soaked sponge on an Arizona sidewalk, and it there are no signs of it stopping anytime soon.
The lake is nearing record low levels forcing marinas to close, vacations abandoned, and fears of the economic and environmental impact the southwest will face if the drought continues.
One group of boaters even discovered a sunken boat that would have normally been 30′ below the surface of Lake Powell.
