Disc golf is rapidly gaining popularity across the country, and many ski resorts offer top-notch courses that you can play in the summer.

There are certainly more than 5 ski resorts with disc golf courses, but here’s a little taste of some of the best disc golf courses you can find on the summer slopes.

Smugglers’ Notch, VT

Smuggs is home to two world-class disc golf courses- Brewster Ridge and Fox Run Meadows.

Both are ranked in the top 15 disc golf courses in the world, and Brewster Ridge took the #5 spot in the most recent rankings.

Smuggs only charges $10 per day per course, or just $15 if you wish to play both courses in the same day.

Aspen Snowmass & Aspen Mountain, CO

Aspen Snowmass and Aspen Mountain are each home to a top-notch disc golf course with spectacular views.

The course at Aspen Mountain is one of the highest altitude courses in the world, and provides a challenging hike on the courses infamous back nine.

Disc golf is free during the summer, but guests are required to purchase a summer lift ticket to access the courses.

Solitude Mountain Resort, UT

Solitude is home to more than just “The Best Snow on Earth”. The resort also offers a spectacular disc golf course the traverses across the mountain.

The course starts at 9,000′ above sea level, making it one of Utah’s finest high-altitude disc golf courses.

The resort also offers disc golf rentals for just $23.

Crystal Mountain, WA

Crystal Mountain offers 27 disc golf holes with spectacular summer views of Mt. Rainier.

Guests can play the 18-hole Lower Course, or purchase a lift ticket to ride the Mt. Rainier Gondola to reach the start of the Summit Course.

Wildcat sports an impressive 18-hole course that takes golfers across a number of ski trails.

Guests can play for just $10, or $15 if they choose to rent discs from the resort.
