The city of Franklin, New Hampshire will debut New England’s first whitewater park this summer as part of its highly-anticipated master plan to revitalize the town.

The whitewater course will feature Class II, III, and IV rapids.

The plan involves dramatically improving and expanding Mill City Park along the Winnipesaukee River located in downtown Franklin.
