With the lodge closed due to COVID precautions, the good folks at historic Howelsen Hills in Steamboat Springs have installed 10 mini A-Frame huts with electric heaters and clear plastic corrugated roofs for guests to warm up and appreciate their surroundings while maintaining household protocols. $80 fee for day’s rental, seems like a sweet deal if you have a decent group. Wouldn’t mind this option even when things open back up fully. Pretty cool amenity option:
