Hard to say how this technology would respond to the rigors of a day on the hill but the new DJI Pocket 2 advanced gimbal camera might just be the best bit of technology to stick in your snowpants to bring home crystal clear smooth footage with minimal camera skills. It’s small, lightweight, and features Active Track 3.0 which promises to keep you and your friends in the shot no matter how much you move. Whether or not that claim holds up to filming skiers is TBD but if it does, this could be a very interesting alternative to the ubiquitous GoPro used by athletes across the world.
