Mammoth Mountain’s annual “Bikini Ski Day” party for spring break takes a horrifying turn when the ghosts of ancient sharks awaken to defend the mountain against tourists and skiers. Avalanche Sharks is a direct to video b-movie full of ski carnage.

The plot: Illegal explosive detonation on the backside of a mountain that doubles as a popular ski destination causes the grave of long-deceased Native Americans to be disturbed. This unleashes a breed of menacing ghost sharks that wreak havoc on winter sports enthusiasts of all shapes, sizes, and colors.
