A Tsunami of Tumbleweed Traps Vehicles For Over 10 Hours in Rural Washington

Several folks in Richland, Washington spent at least hours of 2019 trapped by a plague of tumbleweed.  Roads became so clogged with the wandering weeds that the piles were up to 30 feet high in some places, and it took nearly 10 hours to finally clear it all away.
