Sun Valley is all about catering to its guests, without nickel and diming them for every experience on the mountain. We all know how much it sucks to go skiing and feel like the resort is trying to suck every last dollar out of our pockets. You won’t find that at Sun Valley.

Here is a list of free amenities and excellent services that Sun Valley offers its guests.

Free Parking

Yes, you read that right. Sun Valley does not charge for parking! Cheers to them being one of the few remaining resorts that don’t believe their guests should have to pay to park.

Bald Mountain Experience

A guided tour is an excellent way to learn about Bald Mountain during your first visit. Maximize your day by knowing where to go on the mountain.

“Tour Bald Mountain with our experienced hosts – a great way to become acquainted with the mountain and facilities. Group tours available upon arrangement.

Daily: 9:30 am

Meet: River Run Day Lodge / Mountain View Room

Ride The Wolf

Sun Valley allows you to ride with a groomer! I’ve always wondered what it would be like to sit in the cockpit of a groomer. Those guys and gals are my heroes.

“A unique experience for guests who want to see how that smooth corduroy magically appears each morning on the mountain. Guests can ride with some of the best snow grooming operators in North America, and view the action first-hand.

2-3 participants chosen randomly.

Fridays & Saturdays • Meet at the River Run Mountain Offices at 3:45 pm for groomers meeting.”
