26 year old American beach volleyball player, Heather Friesen, was hiking along Ka’au Crater Trail in Hawaii with friends in 2016 when she slipped and fell 50 feet down a waterfall. The accident was all captured on GoPro and the footage has just been released. She suffered a collapsed lung, ten broken ribs and a fractured scapula. Thankfully she survived the fall and after a long road to recovery she is ready to share her story:
