Formula One racing legend, Michael Schumacher, has been admitted to a Paris hospital this week to undergo pioneering stem-cell treatment. He will be treated by Dr Menasché, a world expert in stem cell treatment

Schumacher, 50, has not been seen in public since a ski accident in the French Alps in 2013. The skiing accident left him with severe head injuries and in a medically-induced coma for several months.

Schumacher was taken to the Pompidou hospital in southwest Paris on Monday afternoon.
