It was announced today that Vail Resorts has entered into a definitive merger agreement to acquire all of Peak Resorts ski areas. Within Peak Resorts portfolio is Mad River Mountain in Ohio. This is not to be confused with Mad River Glen, Vermont.
Mad River Glen Was NOT Bought By Vail Resorts Today.
