Jackson Hole Mountain Resort will be replacing the Eagle’s Rest lift this summer with a new four seater fixed-grip chairlift. The original Eagle’s Rest lift was a 2-person fixed-grip double that predated the original Jackson Hole tram. The original lift was removed in 2016 to make way for the Sweetwater Gondola station.

By The Numbers:

Length: 2158′

The new Eagle’s Rest quad will travel just south and uphill of the old lift following a revised alignment from the original. The resort plans to use the lift to service the new learning area.

When opened the new Eagle’s Rest lift will become the third new lift in the past five years for Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.Jackson Hole just concluded its busiest season ever with more than 715,000 skier visits.
