The former Sharktooth Ski Area, a ski area that was operational from 1971-86, is up for sale for $1.4 million.

The 18.54-acre Greeley, Colorado property includes two homes, an insulated outbuilding plus a mini museum from the former ski area known as, ‘world’s smallest ski resort’.

The current owners of the land, Philip and Karen Erby have kept alot of the history of the ski hill, refurbishing the building that was the ski area’s warming hut and turned it into a guest house – or lodge as they call it. The ski area even has it’;s own Facebook Page.

“We didn’t want to lose the ski area’s history,” Owner Karen Erby told The Tribune. “We kept that flavor.”
