Very well done video by The New Yorker about Kelly Slater and his journey through large scale hydrodynamics to create the world’s best manmade wave.  Kelly has tons of media coverage about namesake Surf Ranchin Lemoore, CA but this is the best video explanation of all the ingenuity, engineering, and effort that went into it’s creation and deserves your watch. Well done The New Yorker:
