It had been almost 100 years since a legal snowball had been thrown in the town of Severance, Colorado until 9 year old Dane Best took it upon himself to present his arguments to lift the ban at an official town board meeting. Kid presented a solid case and the vote was unanimous. That means one thing….GAME ON!!!
