CNN reports Villalva faces several charges stemming from his actions in Yellowstone including:

– Interfere with agency function – Violate the lawful order of a government employee or agent.
– Interfere with agency function – Threaten/resist/intimidate/intent interfere with a government employee.
– Disorderly conduct – creating/maintaining hazardous condition.

Villalva only surrendered in Cheyenne after his SUV was on fire and officers shot him with bean bag rounds. Cheyenne Police are charging him with DUI, fleeing and eluding, destruction of property, reckless driving, and aggravated assault. He’s currently sitting in the clink at Larimer County Jail.
