Save The Waves is hoping to make confronting ocean litter and pollution a little easier with its new app, Endangered Waves. All you need to do is download the app, take a photo of an oceanside conservation issue, geotag the location, and boom– that data is connected to groups whose mission is to clean up your favorite surf spot.
Legendary surfer, Greg Long has become a lead ambassador for the app and praises the “pragmatic” approach Save The Waves is taking towards cleaning up beaches.
