The guy who said he was stuck overnight on a chairlift at New York’s Gore Mountain appears to have fabricated parts of his account reports the Albany Times Union.
The man in question, 37 year-old Isaac Hyde of North Creek, NY originally told police via written deposition that he was stuck on a chairlift at the ski area overnight. Turns out that the statement he gave was partly false, which is technically a misdemeanor. He has since been arrested by NY state troopers.
