In the above video you can see the exact moment 26 year old Hayden Wright veered off course in an attempt to jump over the crowd at Copper Mountain’s 2018 Slopesoakers pond-skimming event…a super dumb move that left one spectator with a broken collar bone and Hayden facing charges for third-degree assault and violation of the Skier Safety Act, which are misdemeanors but could easily escalate to felony charges depending on how things go.
