Such a dad move but an excellent bit of thrift from Mr. Kim in Chloe’s early years to keep his kid safe and happy. It’s actually pretty brilliant and would suggest anyone use this method (or buy the real pads) to avoid the inevitable frustration and tears that accompany teaching a little kid to snowboard. Who knows….maybe that kid with the cut up yoga mats in their snowpants will be an Olympic gold medalist one day?
