In case you missed our earlier post, the alps are off to a banger start and wePowder‘s ‘Meteo Morris’ is happy to say that it’s just the beginning with more snow forecasted through the weekend.
That snowfall will stretch from the southern French Alps all the way through northern Switzerland/southern Germany. If you’re traveling into the backcountry, make sure to check the avalanche bulletin and make conservative terrain choices as the new snow continues to bond to older snow surfaces.
