Finally, winter showed back up in the rockies over the weekend and Utah skiers especially are happy to see some snowy flakes fall after a horrific start to the 2017/2018 season.
Northern Colorado, which has also been on the losing end thus far, is getting its first taste of accumulations today as Steamboat Resort is reporting 4.5″ overnight + it’s till snowing hard. Other ski areas such as Jackson Hole, Grand Targhee, and Alta will see their fair share of soft turns before a high pressure ridge keeps the west cold and clear until sometime mid-December.
LET IT SNOW!
