While the east braces for Winter Storm Orson, Ski areas in the northeast are still trying to tally up the massive snowfall totals from Winter Storm Niko.

Gunstock in New Hampshire lead the charge with almost 30″ of new snow in the past 7 days reports OnTheSnow.com. Following close behind were Jay Peak, VT (28″), Platekill Mountain, NY (28″), and Sugarloaf, ME (22″). It also doesn’t hurt that much of the northeast is under winter storm warnings/advisories and should see equivalent snowfall totals by the end of this week.
