Opening day 2016 at Whistler was full of deep powder. Whistler Blackcomb opened for the 2016 – 2017 ski season on Thursday November 24th to super deep and light ski conditions. The resort is reporting 107cm (42 inches) in the past 48 hours adding to a season snowfall total of 168cm (5.5 Feet).
