Crystal Mountain Resort in West Kelowna, BC, Canada has been the target of vandals ever since the resort was closed in 2014 due to a chairlift accident that left 4 people injured after 3 chairs came crashing to the ground according to globalnews.ca.

Every window of the lodge has been smashed and the exterior walls have been spray painted.  Items have also been stolen off the premises.

Despite the current state of the facilities, GM, Krinko Ameri, has big plans for the resort including half a dozen new lifts and a golf course with construction set to begin next spring.

He plans on reopening the resort by late next year although they are still dealing with three lawsuits filed in 2016 related to the chairlift malfunction.
