Watched it like 5 times and finally had to read the explanation to figure out what was going on here. Scott Stevens was riding with a specialized setup to pull of this off. He explains here:
“It’s funny because I only use this binding when I’m filming a trick for a part. There only 2 screws mounted and the disk is chiseled out and sometimes it honestly a miracle to actually ride away.”
